Aneysa is an Artist living in Austin, Tx. Over the years she worked with many mediums only to find herself always coming back to jewelry. She started with bone jewelry in 2010 at various art markets in town. After a 5 year hiatus she has returned to jewelry. This time with hand carving and smithing work. She hopes to capture the beauty and texture of nature into fine jewelry that will last a lifetime.

She also has a goal of using mainly recycled materials and metals. Taking different classes and workshops to further her knowledge and skills. In doing this she hopes to also cast at home with the ancient sand casting technique. Always leaning toward more ancestral art practices.

During this exploration of ancestral practices she hopes to gain further knowledge into pit firing and hand burnishing her pottery work. She also hopes to lean more into large scale art and sculptural pieces over time.
